Terms of Service

SynQ is an AI agent for LinkedIn lead generation. It helps you:

• Find, score, and message best-fit prospects on LinkedIn
• Manage replies in a shared team inbox with automatic lead assignment
• Track leads in a built-in CRM pipeline and sync them to the tools you connect
• Collaborate as a team without sharing LinkedIn passwords

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Use SynQ lawfully and in line with the policies of connected platforms, including LinkedIn
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Take responsibility for the messages sent from your connected accounts

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Tell us right away at satya@usesynq.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

• You authorize SynQ to access the accounts you connect, only as needed to provide the service.
• You must follow the terms of each third-party platform you connect.
• SynQ is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn or any other connected platform.

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

• New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start the trial.
• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, until cancelled.
• We may change prices with advance notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
• If payment fails, we may suspend access until it is resolved.
• When a trial or subscription ends and is not renewed, your workspace data is permanently deleted within 30 days of expiry.

You must not:

• Use SynQ for spam, harassment, or deceptive messaging
• Break data protection or privacy laws
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform
• Use SynQ in a way that violates the policies of connected platforms

• The SynQ platform, design, and technology belong to Bridg-One Systems Pvt Ltd.
• You keep ownership of your data and content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SynQ is provided “as is” and “as available”.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost business, lost data, or issues caused by third-party platforms, including restrictions a platform places on your account.

You can cancel your subscription or close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated or misuse is detected.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bridg-One Systems Pvt Ltd from claims arising from your misuse of the platform or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Gurgaon, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above and notify you of significant changes. Continuing to use SynQ means you accept the updated Terms.
