Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 September 2026

SynQ (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a product owned and operated by Bridg-One Systems Pvt Ltd. This policy explains what information we collect when you use SynQ, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Name, email address, and company details
  • Account sign-in details for your SynQ account
  • Billing details needed to manage your subscription
  • Messages and content you create or send through SynQ

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, device, and browser information
  • Usage logs and how you interact with the product

Connected accounts and integrations

When you connect LinkedIn, an email provider, or a CRM, we access only what that integration permits, such as:

  • Messages and conversation metadata
  • Contact and public profile information
  • Engagement on your posts (comments and reactions)

LinkedIn is connected through a secure, one-time authorization. SynQ never asks for, sees, or stores your LinkedIn password.

2. How we use your information

  • Provide and operate SynQ, including finding, scoring, and messaging prospects on your behalf
  • Run the shared inbox, lead assignment, and CRM pipeline
  • Sync qualified leads to the tools you connect
  • Improve product performance and user experience
  • Send service updates, alerts, and support messages
  • Keep the platform secure and prevent misuse

3. Data ownership and control

  • You own your data.
  • SynQ acts as a data processor for the data you bring into your workspace, not as its owner.
  • You can request an export or deletion of your data at any time.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your data.

We share data only:

  • With service providers that help us run SynQ (hosting, infrastructure, payments, analytics), under confidentiality obligations
  • With integrations you choose to connect
  • When required by law
  • To protect rights and safety, or to prevent fraud

5. Data security

We protect your data with:

  • Encryption in transit (HTTPS)
  • Role-based access, so teammates see only the conversations assigned to them
  • Secure authentication and an audit trail of workspace activity

No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

6. Data retention and deletion

  • We keep your data while your trial or subscription is active.
  • When a free trial or paid subscription ends and is not renewed, we permanently delete your workspace data within 30 days of expiry.
  • You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
  • We may keep limited records longer where the law requires it, such as invoices for tax purposes.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion or export of your data
  • Withdraw consent

To use any of these rights, email satya@usesynq.co.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

9. Third-party platforms

SynQ works with third-party platforms such as LinkedIn and CRM tools. Their own privacy policies govern how they handle your data. SynQ is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn.

10. Children’s privacy

SynQ is not intended for anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above, and for significant changes we will notify you by email or in the product.
